While it doesn’t allow enough time for the depth and thoroughness I aim to cultivate, it offers a focused and nurturing experience. This session includes an assessment, intention setting (optional) and a 60 minutes full body massage providing a gentle glimpse into the art of Lomi Lomi. I recommend this session for those new to bodywork, especially if they haven’t received a massage in a long time or find it challenging to relax easily. Multiple sessions can help ease them into a deeper state of relaxation, allowing them to fully indulge in a longer session over time.
